Sonetel receives grant from the European Commission
Sonetel has received a grant from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program for the project “Free AI”.
The project aims at preparing Sonetel’s roll out of a Freemium AI-service to small businesses worldwide.
Sonetel’s new service with Artificial Intelligence is aimed at customer service automation in small businesses worldwide and is currently in development.
