Upcoming price changes
We are rolling out a new price structure during the week starting January 30th, 2023. The objective is to make our pricing easier to understand.
According to our analysis , the change will lead to the same or lower costs for 99% of our customers. Those that get a price increase will get a compensation or work around to offset the price increase.
Key changes
Here are the key changes:
- Premium Plan
The cost for Premium is lowered from $11.95 per month and user to $9.95 – if you are on annual renewal. The free credit for calls is replaced by 2,000 free minutes per user to +40 countries. Premium will now include the business features (voice response, call recording etc.) for all your phone numbers. So no need to buy individual business packages for your numbers any more! - Business package for numbers
The Business package for phone numbers, which provides voice response, call recording etc. will no longer be available for new phone numbers. Existing subscriptions will continue working as before. The features will be included with Premium and the new Business Plan. - Business Plan
A new more comprehensive plan charged per user and month (in addition to Premium) is introduced. The Business plan costs $29.95 per month and user on annual renewal. It includes 5 free phone numbers for every user . It also gives you $1 discount per month for additional new numbers, more free calling minutes, higher discounts and advanced customer service.
The call rates and the prices for phone numbers will not be changed.
