Sonetel Customer service expands with 50%

Growing a business is fun – and painful.
While the growth of incoming questions from new customers is wonderful, it has given us serious problems in terms of responsiveness.

We generally answer phone calls fairly quickly (we received 1300 calls in March) but the 7,000 emails we received took far too long to respond to. In some cases it took days – instead of minutes.

We are really sorry about that.

During the past 60 days we have expanded our Customer service team with about 50%. Or to be more precise – with 8 people.

Some of our new talents completed training earlier in the week and have started handling their first support cases. Others are still in training.

It will take a month or two before they are all up to speed – so we will have to ask you for your patience during this time.

Our target is to answer 50% of all emails we receive within 30 minutes 24-by-7. Hopefully we will be able to reach that target a few months down the line.
